Rivers Burke Renting Homes That Are in Foreclosure in Riverland!

Rivers Burke, is someone who currently owns 10 different properties in Fort Lauderdale Florida.  All his homes are in foreclosure.  Yet he continues to place new renters in his homes without telling his renters a word about foreclosure.  According to his own words he hasn’t paid his mortgage payments in over a year.  Yet he continues to rent his homes but doesn’t tell his renters anything until they find out on their own.

 

According to what Rivers Burke told me, his attorney has advised him to stop making payments on all his homes over a year ago.  So how has Rivers Burke been able to hold on to these homes?  He has hidden from the banks, he does not respond to the banks requests.  He just hides from everyone.  This does not stop the foreclosure, but due to the current circumstances of the housing market is does prolong the final foreclosure.  

 

Another thing that Rivers Burke has told me is that he has bought a farm in Ohio to start his life over with his wife Juana Burke.  He told me that’s where her family lives.  So now they supposedly live somewhere in Ohio on a farm, hiding out from the banks, mortgage insurance companies, private investigators and the like that come to my house on at least a monthly basis.

 

So far you might be saying there’s nothing wrong with what Rivers Burke is doing.  Well let me ask you, would want to sign a new lease to rent a home and two months later the bank places a rid of possession on the home you are renting.  You had no idea about the foreclosure therefore you weren’t able to plan accordingly. Now you have to move in 10 days.  Do you think you would have enough for first, last & security for a new home?  Would you also have enough to rent a moving truck?  There is just so much that must be considered when you move.  What if you have kids, well now you have to find another home in the same school district as well. I could go on and on, but you get the picture.

All of them are either in foreclosure or the bank already owns them.  If you are think about renting from this man be forewarned!  At the present Moment his only income is taking money form hard working people for their rent.  When all of his home are foreclosed and the bank owns them, only then will he have to go back to a 9 to 5 job.
