I think the above list is great, although I would adjust the title to be specifically for corporate blogs
To me, the #1 thing for corporate bloggers is making themselves available to their customers. If i’m trying to decide between two companies, I’ll go with the one that blogs so I can engage in conversations with them, and offer feedback.
