When the only wire screen appears, you will be placed on the Tags or keywords field. You fill in your keyword phrases, you then press the tab key 2 times. You should now be in the Clipping / Comments / Notes field. After filling in your teaser or first paragraph right below the box you will see a Bookmark Page button. it is grey in color so all you have to do is click on the button and you're done...
