One Way Backlinks, are you getting your share?
One Way backlinks are the most valuable links you can get to your site. These are links that link to your site without you having to link back to their site. Hence one way backlinks. Today I am going to reveal a couple of tools that will help you to build the ever valuable one way backlink.
The tool I am going to reveal today requires that you use firefox. If you don’t have firefox you can download it here. After you download and install the firefox browser you can now download the other tool required to build the ever valuable one way backlinks. I know what you are thinking right now. “Dang, this is a lot of stuff just to download just get to the pont!” I will get to the point, but I first want you to make sure you have everything in order first.
Now you will want to go to newquirk.biz to download their Search Status Plugin.
This is one of the easiest plugins to install and it only requires you to restart firefox after you have installed it. So go ahead and install the plugin. What I am about to tell you about this sweet tool will blow you away!
This plugin will show highlight any links on any site that has the NO FOLLOW attribute in pink. The NO FOLLOW attribute tells the search engines not to follow (spider/crawl) the link it is associated with. Now you are probably asking, “what the heck does this have to do with one way backlinks?” That’s what I am about to tell you now.
You can use this tool firefox plugin when browsing other blog sites, in order to see if other moderators (folks that leave comments) links are highlighted in pink. If you see a regular link with no highlight on it, then any comments left this blog uses the NO FOLLOW attribute and you will not receive a one way backlink for your comment.
Before we any further let me clear a couple of thing s up. Leaving comments on other sites are a good thing whether they use NO FOLLOW or not. You will not receive one way backlinks, but other people will see your comments. If you leave comments of value, then of course others will eventually see your comments and visit your site. The tools that I have reveled are not intended to be used as a spam tool either. We all know what that means. Here are some spam comments I get every day:
“Sweet site”
“Great Post! Keep it up”
“I agree with you!”
If you leave comments like that on our site or pretty much any other, your comments will more than likely be deleted.
So back to business. The reason why I have revealed this tool is not only to build one way backlinks, but to also help save you time in building relationship with other bloggers. If you use the search status plugin you can easily find sites the will reward you with one way backlinks to your site and you may as well choose those site to leave good comments, asking questions, etc. The great benefit of leaving comments on other sites is you will build relationship with other bloggers. Everyone like to get comments on their site as a matter of fact we all welcome them. So let’s see how we can use this to our advantage.
Make sure that you have started firefox and go to Google’s blog search and type in the key words of your interests. Whether or not it matched your site doesn’t matter. You want to find other sites where you can either leave comments that are of value or to ask intelligent questions.
For every site you visit, You want to look at the comments that have been left. If there are no pink high lights seen on the commenter’s sites, you are good to go! Now you can start reading the site no in confidence that if you do leave a comments you will be rewarded with the valuable one way backlink!

And your site is a dofollow one as well! Cheers!
I think that its really true that you shouldn’t do spam on blogs that you have totally no interest in even if they have dofollow.
Dofollow really benefits both the blogger and the commenter. I think you just inspired me to post a post on dofollow.

Claims that no follows mean no link are wrong.
Whether weight is passed on is unclear and not cut and dry and ever changing.
Remember that links help indexing and that is alway good.
Avoid link farms as they just build their own PR off us and all our sites.
It will drive you insane to work at a website and find it vanishes from the engines due to some dodgy link farm.

Its ironic that many bloggers talk about this but then they actually use no follow I have seen many blogs leeching off the dofollow movement claiming to be dofollow sites but actually use nofollow, they are worse than the comment spammers in my eyes.
